These Terms govern your purchase and use of Mykron, a macOS desktop application ("the Software") sold by Alatlı Creative ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Software you agree to these Terms.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a Mac that you own or control. Each license key is activated on a single device. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software or your license key. If you need to move your license to a new Mac, contact us and we will help.
Mykron is sold as a one-time purchase of $29 USD. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable taxes. Your purchase includes all future updates at no additional cost.
After a successful purchase you receive a personal license key on screen and by email, along with a link to download the Software. Delivery is electronic; no physical goods are shipped.
If the Software does not work as described, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@alatli.dev. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the licensing mechanism, and not to use the Software for unlawful purposes.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Mykron stores your data locally on your device; we have no access to it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Bu şartlar, Alatlı Creative ("biz") tarafından satılan bir macOS masaüstü uygulaması olan Mykron'un ("Yazılım") satın alınmasını ve kullanımını düzenler. Yazılımı satın alarak veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Satın almanız, Yazılımı sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz bir Mac'e kurup kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans verir. Her lisans anahtarı tek bir cihazda etkinleştirilir. Yazılımı veya lisans anahtarınızı yeniden satamaz, alt lisanslayamaz veya dağıtamazsınız. Lisansınızı yeni bir Mac'e taşımanız gerekirse bize yazın, taşımanıza yardımcı oluruz.
Mykron tek seferlik 29 $ olarak satılır. Ödemeler, yetkili satıcımız ve Kayıtlı Satıcı (Merchant of Record) olan Paddle tarafından işlenir; işlemi, faturalandırmayı ve geçerli vergileri Paddle yürütür. Satın almanız tüm gelecek güncellemeleri ek ücret olmadan kapsar.
Başarılı bir satın alma sonrası kişisel lisans anahtarınızı ekranda ve e-posta ile, Yazılımı indirme bağlantısıyla birlikte alırsınız. Teslimat elektroniktir; fiziksel ürün gönderilmez.
Yazılım açıklandığı gibi çalışmazsa, satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde info@alatli.dev adresine yazarak tam iade talep edebilirsiniz. İadeler Paddle üzerinden orijinal ödeme yönteminize yapılır.
Lisanslama mekanizmasını tersine mühendislikle çözmemeyi, kurcalamamayı veya atlatmamayı ve Yazılımı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Yazılım "olduğu gibi", hiçbir garanti verilmeden sağlanır. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan ya da veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Kendi yedeklerinizi tutmaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Mykron verilerinizi cihazınızda yerel olarak saklar; bizim erişimimiz yoktur.
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra Yazılımı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
